Dr. Weaver is the original founder of Quartz Mountain Animal Hospital in 1984. He has been in practice in Scottsdale and Phoenix since 1979.
His special interest is small animal surgery and canine reproduction. He enjoys working with breeders and dog show people. He also specializes in ear cropping for his dog show clients.
